What happens in the session?

Each session starts with a discussion of why you are there, progressing into a ceremonial service that honors the highest aspect of your being. Generally, the sessions are designed to bring deep relaxation, and invoke transformational awareness through sacred sound transmissions. A variety of instruments are used depending on what is called for: drums, rattles, tuning forks, bells, crystal bowls, gong and voice.

Who would benefit from a session, and how?

Each session is designed for anybody:

• looking to go deeper into their meditation

• develop inner awareness

• needing to resolve any inner conflict

• desiring inner revelation

• wanting to move through blocks to take their next step in their life

Most likely 1.5 hours

What should I do to prepare for the session?

It is advised to spend time before the ceremony to reflect on your deepest intentions for your life, or what you are seeking.

What should I do after the session is over?

After the session is over, Laura recommends spending time in nature to integrate the experience, before going back to their normal lives.
